Nature-friendly water
Since its inception, Icelandic Glacial has made sustainability a top priority.
Since 2007, we have worked with The CarbonNeutral Company, a leading carbon emissions consultancy , and are certified carbon neutral in both our products and operations.
This is an unprecedented move in the beverage industry.
Icelandic Glacial is also committed to continuing to achieve net-zero carbon emissions through a combination of internal reduction and environmental measures, as well as investments in renewable energy and reforestation projects around the world.

Sustainable source water
The source of Icelandic Glacial's water, Århus Spring, is naturally replenished by abundant rainfall and melting snow in the mountains of northern Iceland, and provides less than 0.1% of the water that flows into the ocean.

Sustainable energy operations
Making the most of Iceland's natural energy, our state-of-the-art facility is fully fuelled by geothermal and hydroelectric power, and our water is pumped directly from the source to our bottling plant on the edge of Århus Spring.

All packaging materials are recyclable
Both Icelandic Glacial™ bottles and cardboard are 100% recyclable, and in addition to glass bottles, we also offer high-quality BPA-free rPET bottles.
